•Degree in Electrical Engineering, with additional degree in Mechanics is an advantage 
•5 to 10 years of work experience in supervisory / management role in manufacturing industry
•Good spoken and written English
•Good practical technical knowledge & safety awareness
•Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
•Able to do multi tasks & work under pressure
•Between 35 to 40 years old.

• Cover process equipment, HFO operation and plant facilities.
• Manage preventive maintenance of the machines.
• Manage department resources in efficient way to achieve targets.
• Analyze production losses and spoilage for necessary corrective / preventive actions.
• Lead internal process improvement projects.
• Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices.
• Manage engineering team, incl. staff training and development.
