•  Proficiency in Khmer and English language
•  Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office

•  Support and maintenance of branch operation;
•  Handle all inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day;
•  Ensure good business relations with all customers/prospects;
•  Make good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserve a good company image;
•  Leading and managing all operational activities;
•  Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce;
•  Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the bank and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits;
•  Motivation and perform all staffs to ensure their performance to meet the standard of target and quality of working environment;
•  Ensure appropriate training and communication of new products, policies, and procedures to ensure all staffs are in compliance;
•  Implement, develop and evaluate marketing research on competitors, products, and customer characteristic etc.,
•  Provide leadership to staff in the departments, including training, performance review,cross training coordination etc.,
•  Regularly report both in written and verbal about Operation report to the Branch Manager (Daily,weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly),
