Job Requirement :
  • Female only 
  •  At least 2 year experiences relevant F & B
  •  Can Speak English. 
  •  Can used QuickBooks Accounting/Data base or other software. 
  •  Flexible to work 
Job Duties :
  •  Prepare daily cash and bank receipt
  •  Prepare daily sales invoice
  •  Data entries into Quick book for Income
  •  Prepare sales journal for monthly tax declaration 
  •  Prepare food testing and wastage report
  •  Monthly physical count of inventories
  •  Prepare petty cash and reconciliation
  •  Prepare daily payment request 
  •  Prepare schedule payment to suppliers
  •  Data entries into quick book for expense
  •  Prepare purchase journal for monthly tax declaration 
  •  Other tasks assigned by managers
