• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 
• Have at least 2-5 years of work experience in construction or engineering company
• Have experience in maintenance management position 
• Have experience in retail or hotel industry 
• Have ability to work independently 
• Have good people skills 
• Demonstrate solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical system, and construction as an advantage for this position

• Follow and control the construction (or fit out) process of each site
• Organize the coordination with architect and contractors 
• Prepare and follow the capex investment of each project in coordination with merchandise and shopping mall team
• Negotiate all maintenance contracts 
• Manage all equipments of Chip Mong retail (excluding IT)
• Support and assist all the stores for equipment issues 
• Define and propose (with MD) the store equipments
• Organize the bidding negotiation of the store small equipments 
• Follow and organize the maintenance program of all equipments (in both front and back office)
• Organize the preventive maintenance program and maintenance audit of each store
• Assist and follow the asset inventory process for the company
• Propose any solutions for energy saving program.
• Identify areas for improvement cost and assist maintenance team 
• Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities 
• Monitor expenses and control the monthly status by store
• Organize the maintenance logs and daily activities
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation.
