•  Minimum 3-year experience holding positions of financial services frontline, trainers OR Sales. 
•   Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education/training with experience teaching at university
•  Highly ambitious, independent thinker, hard-working and high level of empathy

•  Develop and supervise a team of full-time, core agents to plan and execute sales and recruitment activities
•  Identify and optimize recruitment channels and most efficient way to engage in each channel
•  Promote and market the core-agency brand to target profile candidates to achieve required level of awareness and perception among target market.
•  Work with Channel Marketing team to drive the development of the brand identity of the programs for effective recruitment and creation of talent pull.
•  Accountable for achievement and success of the development program candidates in terms of recruitment, development and success rate KPIs,
•  Regularly conduct competitor analysis and provide insights into competitors’ similar/equivalent programs
•  Conduct development trainings/coaching for direct line and agency force
•  Manage and control all risk and compliance related to sales and act as first line of defense at the direct team level.
