• Fresh graduate in Architecture or related field.
•  At least 1 year working experience in related field, preferable in real estate involvement.
•  Computer literacy in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Word/Excel, Outlook, Internet & Email, 2D \& 3D is a plus.
•  Good command in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Able to work under pressure with dynamic tasks.
•  Able to work multiple tasks assigned by manager.
•  Be honest, committed, responsible, customer service, willing to work hard, self-motivated and confident, be able to work as a team.

•  Prepares architectural plans with AutoCAD & Adobe Photoshop.
•  Update tenant leased area.
•  Design poster and banner and etc.
•  Meeting with contractors and clients to discuss office layout.
•  Coordinating and monitoring tenant’s fit-out work.
•  Select/Design and purchase furnishing, art works and accessories.
•  Estimate material requirement and cost.
•  Responding to incoming phone call and email enquiries.
•  Recommend suitable properties based on client’s needs.
