LIM HENG GROUP has been licensed to operate its construction business since 1995. The company has specialized in construction area including Infrastructure, Irrigation Systems, Brig, small and bigh Constructions, Road and Building Constructions in Cambodia; since then the company has expanded its capacity to more extensive construction projects in Cambodia.

•   Architecture design, interior design, urban planning, landscape design, produce 3D perspectives.
•  To check consultants’ drawings and edit drawings if necessary.
•  To coordinate designs between architecture, structure and M&E and highlight if there is any issue.
•  Prepare schedule for assigned jobs, coordinate and monitor closely.
•  Monitor compliance of contractor's works to drawing standards and specification, perform QA/QC by site inspections.
•  Cooperate and communicate with project manager, consultants, contractors and other project participants to provide assistance.
•  Perform some simple quantity surveying works on architecture, interior design and landscape works.
•  To assist in selecting finishing materials, getting quotation and making comparison for pricing.

•  Coordinating with architecture consultant on drawing issues, and to perform checking of coordination drawings between architecture, structure and M&E.
•  Producing design drawings upon request from management for architecture, interior design, urban planning or landscape.
•  Checking shop drawings and material samples submitted by contractors.
•  Propose some detailed designs for certain area out of architecture consultant’s scope.
•  Produce simple bill of quantities and call for quotation for architecture materials.
•  Liaise with site supervisor/site architect for any architecture matters arises and propose solutions
