• Bachelor Degree in Architecture is desirable
• At least 4 years experience as Architecture Engineer in the Construction industry. 
• Background in working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Requirements Analysis, Planning, and Database Management.
• Presenting Technical Information, Problem Solving, Data Modeling, Strategic Planning and Data Maintenance. 
• Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
• Good command of English.

• To execute design and production leadership and lead design team to reach deadline and goal.
• Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project.
• Consulting with other professionals about design. 
• Understanding management in design field and project management, specifically using computer-aided Ms Office, Ms Project.
• Able to advise design team on the architecture software such as AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Sketch up, Photoshop, AdobeIllustrator.
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.
• Advising the client on the practicality of their project.
• Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
• Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
• Preparing tender applications and presentations.
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
• Preparing applications for planning and building control departments.
• Drawing up tender documents for contracts.
• Project managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors.
• Controlling a project from start to finish.
•Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget.
• Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
• Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
