MekongNet is a registered trademark under Angkor Data Communication Group Co., Ltd which established in 2005. It is a full-fledged internet service provider, with a license for the provision of Internet service Provider (ISP), Internet Exchange Provider (IXP), and Internet Data Exchange Center (IDX) granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia. Now we are looking for the Server & Storage System Engineer.

• Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 year Technical Support experience with PC, High-End Server ( DELL, IBM, Unix, Linux …) local area network
• Minimum 2 of year vendor relation experience in presale vendor support, product presentation, technical sale training and project management.
• Knowledge of the interoperability of various PC components, software, peripherals, networking, desktop platform, application, standalone and network operating system

• Provide IT support to customer‎, ‎mainly related to system service ‎
• Assist troubleshoot server‎, ‎Mail and DNS services Web in the customer site or the company
• Install‎, ‎configure‎, ‎and maintain servers‎, ‎network cabling‎, ‎and other related equipment‎, and devices‎, ‎adds or ‎‎upgrades hardware and software and configures‎.‎
• Implement application security and provide technical support to customer‎, ‎anti‎-‎virus updates‎, ‎managing host ‎security and other related server mail‎.‎
• Configure e‎-‎mail client and provide technical support for our customer ‎(‎Anti‎-‎Virus‎, ‎Spam protection and scanning‎, ‎and other related e‎-‎mail‎)‎ ‎
• Travel to customer site to install‎/‎configure modem‎/‎device ‎& ‎solve other related server issues ‎
• Cooperate with all Department related job‎

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

Duration: Full-time work
