It is a full-fledged internet service provider, with a license for the provision of Internet service Provider (ISP), Internet Exchange Provider (IXP), and Internet Data Exchange Center (IDX) granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields
• At least 2 years in web development experience using ASP.NET, MS.NET and MSSQL
• Must be very familiar with Visual Studio 2008 and Later
• Must have some experience managing Windows web servers (IIS)
• Familiar with AJAX, jQuery, HTML5, XML
• Familiar with social network (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) plug-ins
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) parameters and Google Analytics
• Understanding of web security issues
• Knowledge of development & distribution of Mobile Application (Android & iOS) would be an asset
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Initiative, flexible, creative, analytical, and able to make decision and recommendations
• Good attitude, honest, patient, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English

• Develop corporate websites and content web portals
• Develop applications inclusive of video streaming and other value-added services
• Configure and manage web servers of your projects
• Assess/evaluate new technologies and APIs and share with the team
• Supporting customers, including training & documentation
• Supporting systems, including remote support outside business hours.

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

Duration: Full-time work
