1. Non-Oil Business
• Retail new work development plan
• Set the tactical and strategic plan by forecasting sales targets
• Consult the quality of product and services with customer
• Contact, negotiate and prepare the sale contract, sale discount and promotion
• Negotiate and summary the result and criteria of business
• Clear site and follow up sample
• Introduce about contract preparation and collect the revenue
• Partner evaluation, the effect to contract renewal, benefit and danger
2. Cost and Sale Support
• Calculate net selling price, cost analysis and gross margin.
• Gather and track sales volume versus gross margin
• Prepare advertisement and sales promotion
3. Survey with business partner/ Area manager
• Prepare sales forecast and sales report to Retail and Marketing Division manager
• New Business opportunity to develop product and service
• Prepare plan with partner
• Set shop layout
4. Customer Relation
• Cultivate and maintain good working relationship with customers
• Identify gaps in service by frequently gathering information from customers
• Take notes all complaints from customers
5. Quality, Safety and Health Activities
• Follow the policy of Quality, Safety and health of PTT (Cambodia) Limited and comply with laws and regulation related to Quality, Safety, and health. To consider QSHE as guidance in working
• To be applicable to the requirement of ISO 9001:2008
• To be applicable to the requirement of BS OHSAS 18001:2007
• Performance the procedure that related to the system of BS OHSAS 18001:2007
6. Special Task and Obligation
• Any specific task or obligation shall be considered within/by the company authorization
• Report immediately to Retail and Marketing Division Manager for any irregular activity concerning to the company.
