Regency Company Limited is property management and apartment business. We are seeking for dynamic and hardworking individual to fill the following position:

• Associated degree or related field
• Male
• Experience: 1–3 years related to electric system and air-condition
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once
• Good command of English for both writing & speaking if possible,

• Maintenance all air-con for residence and some equipment under company
• Maintenance all electric system and water system
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
