Regency Company Limited is property management and apartment business. We are seeking for dynamic and hardworking individual to fill the following position:

• Associated degree or related field
• Male
• Experience:  3-5 years related to air-conditioner and electrical system if possible
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once
• English for both writing & speaking if possible,

• Supervise and follow up technician to do maintenance all air-con for residence and some equipment under company and all electric system and water system
• Update maintenance report to Head of Dept.
• Train and control all technician for completing all maintenance
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
