• Supervised those assigned by principal
• Planning the school program
• Implementing the school program
• Involving the Staff in Budget Allocations
• Coordinating Budgets and Schedules
• Handling Disciplinary Procedures
• Coordinating and Communicating the Schools Formal Structure
• Coordinating School Services and Resources
• Facilitating Organizational Efficiency
• Assisting in Record Keeping
