Introduction :

Phnom Climb is the first indoor rock climbing gym in Cambodia. We are looking for an energetic individual with a fun personality to work Part Time as a Sports Assistant. This person will help our climbing teachers during classes, belay customers, and make sure customers have a great experience.

Job Requirement :

Great written and spoken English – Must be able to communicate with our customers comfortably
Outgoing - Must be comfortable talking to expats and Cambodians, not afraid to show authority if necessary
Team Player
Excited for Sports
Computer Literate
Willing to clean

Job Duties :

Assist the General Manager on general tasks (e.g. Tax Lodging, Payments, Orders)
Welcome and register customers, ensuring that they sign the registration forms and liability waivers
Make sure that Gym rules are being followed and inform the General Manager if there are problems
Manage the finances of the gym (e.g. payments from customers)
Disburse and collect climbing rental equipment.
Maintain a clean front desk
Run occasional errands and shopping
Support the General Manager with translations
Provide excellent customer service
