Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor Degree in Business Management.
  •  1-2 year experiences in MFI/Banking.
  •  Good writing & speaking in English.
  •  Computer skill (Microsoft Office: MS word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet and email correspondence …). 
  •  Good communication skill.
  •  Good problem solving skill.
  •  High Leadership/Management skill.
  •  Strong Commitment with confident
  •  Intellectual person and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
  •  Can do attitude with team work spirit.
Job Duties :
  • ** Human Resource Tasks: 
  •  Ensure that HR policy is up to date and in compliance with legal regulations 
  •  Maintain human resource by recruiting, selecting, orientation, and training.
  •  Recruit new personnel and organization of training sessions 
  •  Prepare and control employees’ contract
  •  Checklist documents related to new employees 
  •  Conduct orientation and introduction for new employees
  •  Evaluate and develop training report 
  •  Organize and participate in staff performance assessment 
  •  Monitor and evaluate employees’ performance and progress
  •  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing professional network.
  •  Propose for internal and external training activities as means for upgrading the professional knowledge and skills 
  •  Regularly review and consult with appropriate staff, revise job descriptions in coordination with related department 
  •  Manage leave and attendance
  •  Schedule the employee leave requests and to ensure that daily works and office sufficiency is not affected by staff absence 
  •  Take discipline action when necessary 
  •  Perform other tasks as assigned by manager 

** Admin Task:

  •  Ensure that all supplies, stationaries, and office equipment for branch and head office are offered on time and properly documentations.
  •  Consolidate of procurement plan for all equipment, materials and supplies for branch and head office 
  •  Monitor and follow up all repairing and maintenance all office equipment including computers, photocopiers, motorcycles, electricity, care 
  •  Control, maintain, follow up and report on change of status of all fixed assets and inventories 
  •  Monitor, check and verify all stock stationary report at head office and branches 
  •  Manage all equipment, properties, leasing contract 
  •  Manage all properties leasing contracts, supplies 
  •  Coordinate and facilitate legal documents with local authorities 
  •  Arrange events of APF MFI 
  •  Write monthly and weekly report and meeting report 
  •  Arrange staff meeting 
  •  Arrange and prepare letter in and out 
  •  Send letters to NBC and board of directors 
  •  Make money request to finance to pay for what needed 
  •  Make the price quotation to compare to buy inventory to stock 
  •  Meet suppliers to negotiate about the price 
  •  Control cleaners and guards to work effectively 
  •  Control petrol use for credit officers 
  •  Control stock 
  •  Prepare the equipment requested for all departments
