Introduction :

Kfour Group was founded by Okhana Kith Sensorya in 1994 as Sensorexim Co., LTD in the form of a small shop along one of Phnom Penh's busiest streets which focused mainly on retail of home electronic appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, air-conditioners and DVD players amongst others. the company started off with just one branch located in central Phnom Penh long before shopping malls or outlets were even established in any part of Cambodia. 

Job Requirement :
  •  Good knowledge about company guideline on HR & Labor law
  •  Good knowledge on labor law and trend in the labor
  •  3-5 years of related experience in HR management or Compensation and benefit including 3 years in management role market
  •  Honest, good decision maker, flexible
Job Duties :

1.Strategic Business Partner 

 To assume the role of strategic business partner and internal consultant to the company, e.g. providing advice to line managers on HR issues 

 To identify HR implications of Business strategies 

 To optimize on IT for HR functions, HRMS 

2. Manpower Planning 

 To assist and advise department Heads/GMs in the planning and budgeting of manpower plans and costs. 

3. Recruitment & Selection 

 To assist line managers to recruit and select candidates with the right set of competencies and attitudes within the required time frame 

4. Career Planning/Development and Succession Planning 

 To assist and advise line managers develop core competencies for all positions and to implement career development for all their staff and succession planning for all key positions, using a competency based approach 

 To monitor and ensure acquisition and deployment of resources, ensuring the right job match for employees to realize their potential to the fullest. 

5. Industry Compensation Trends 

 To carry out industry survey and advise Management on compensation trends within the industry and recommend suitable compensation strategy in terms of bonus payments/annual increment/salary adjustment to retain performance staff 

 To evaluate opportunities for change bench marking against market HR best practices 

6. Performance Management and KRA 

 To assist line managers to formulate and implement proper KRAs and conduct performance appraisals of their staff in a fair and objective manner 

7. Industrial Relations and Labour Law 

 To assist in resolving Industrial Relation matters which include carrying out a proper domestic inquiry, handling disciplinary cases and representing Management at Labour Court Industries/Industrial Court hearings 

8. Formulation/Administration of HR Policies 

 Able to formulate, implement and recommend necessary changes to HR policies and procedures and administer them and provide necessary assistance to line managers in policy matters 

 To ensure that Group HR policies and guidelines are implemented and adhered to. 

 Employee Relations 

 To organize social/sporting activities to boost staff morale and increase staff interaction and help enhance teamwork/cooperation 

 To build and maintain good industrial harmony between Management and employees 

 To promote the concept of Group Culture and values and Group Total Efforts in the K Four. 

 To ensure procurement and logistic are carried out on time, efficient and effective to meet the operations requirement as well as the company budget allocation. 

9. Others 

 To carry out any other duties as directed by management.
