•  Graduate in Bachelor degree of Business Admiration, HR, or related field.
•  At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•  Fluent command on both written and spoken English proficiency.
•  Experience in Administration
•  Good communication
•  Flexible, honest , time management and team work.
•  Strong skill in MS. Office, Words, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email

•  Responsible for recording, monitoring and analysing staff’s attendance and OT records.
•  Reporting directly to the Human Resource and Administration Manager.
•  Maintain the finger print machine
•  Keep and arrange the document in order
•  Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
•  Assisting in the planning and preparation of meeting.
•  Greeting to clients and visitors entering the company, serve glass of water and coffee as well.
•  Other tasks assigned by the Management.
