•  At least 1 years experiences in Accounting
•  Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business related fields
•  At least 1 years experiences in Accounting
•  Proficiency in Accounting software (QuickBooks /Peachtree), Microsoft office applications, internet, and email
•  English in good speaking , reading , writing 
•  Good interpersonal skills
•  Hardworking and High job responsibility
•  Able to work under pressure
•  Computer skill word, excel ,internet and email
•  Flexible and good at team work

•  Posting to General Ledger of Accounting system
•  Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized Accounting system.
•  Monitor cash reserves and investments
•  Processes supplier invoices
•  Reconcile the accounts Receivable and payable
•  Prepare Payment Voucher/Issue Receipt/ Requesting Journal Entry
•  Prepare Fixed Assets Registration and Calculate the Depreciation
•  Check Insurance Premium report with related Department
•  Prepare the petty cash report and Reconciliation
•  Withdrawal ,Deposit and Remittance with banks
•  Prepare Bank Reconciliation
•  Prepare Monthly Tax Declaration to Tax Department
•  Prepare MOC report (Monthly and semester)
•  Filling of finance department document
•  Perform other related duties as required by Finance Manager
