 Experience

•  One year of experience in accounting field or fresh graduate

 Education

•  At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field

 Skills

•  Team work and interpersonal skill
•  Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, and Power Point)
•  English (both spoken and written)

•  Reviewing purchase request by site staff
•  Ensure payment voucher get approved by Site Manager
•  Prepare payment voucher for issued payment to requester
•  Perform record transactions and reclass expenses to appropriate project in the daily cash book.
•  Perform daily check-ups of the cash boxes and investigate if there are difference between actual cash and the report
•  Perform month-end petty cash reconciliation
•  Prepare petty cash reimbursement report with supporting documents and send to head office
•  Other tasks assigned by management
