Fresh Graduates or 1 years working experience in the related field is a plus

Knowledge of accounting procedure and formats

Able to work independently and team

Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, internet and email)

Job Duties :
|

Monitor daily sales data and report to relevant department
-
Cash register checking and controlling
-
Follow up on all account receivable & payable
-
Manage payment to suppliers & official receipt
-
Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are accurate and reporting deadline are met
-
Assist monthly closing report preparation
-
Review and process expense reports
-
Other tasks assigned by the Management
