-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
-
At least 2-year experience accounting field or a similar position
-
Familiar accounting system (experienced Dynamics NAVISION is advantage)
-
Good Excel Skills and good English
-
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
-
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
-
Accuracy and attention to detail
-
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
-
Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills
-
Ability to work independent and under pressure
-
Has completed commenced postgraduate accounting studies, eg., CAT ACCA is advantage
-
Working Days: 5 days per week (MON-FRI)
-

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Create Purchase Invoices in system
-
Create Journal Entries in system
-
Accrue monthly expenses/amortization for month-end closing
-
Prepare employee reimbursement or claims
-
Check daily consumable item issued forms and post them in system
-
Register new Fixed Assets
-
Check documents completeness for Purchase Order Processing
-
Prepare treasury reports (cash flow statement, bank reconciliation, etc.)
-
Prepare balance sheet reconciliation
-
Prepare payments by verifying documentation
-
Scan and file the company documents properly
-
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within an accounting field
-
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
