•  Cambodian nationality: Male or Female 
•  Age 35+ years old (Manager)
•  Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field
•  Over 10 years Finance/Accounting work experience
•  Preferable working experience in manufacturing/B2C field
•  Experience in Corporate income tax/withholding tax/Monthly Tax filling
•  Good English communication skills and high proficient in Excel
•  Sincere with integrity and positive attitude, good team player with leadership

• Overall responsibility for monthly, quarter and year end closing
•  Implement proper accounting process to meet global/local accounting policy
•  Fixed management and perform physical counting and result reporting
•  Manage processing of account receivable and payable using the finance system 
•  Develop and maintain reports and files on BS Accounts
•  Manage/coordinate the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process including supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery to support sales
•  Manage Monthly G&A Reporting
•  Handle VAT/Other Tax/Annual Tax filing
•  Arrange all Tax payments on timely basis
•  Responsible various statutory audits.
•  Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with GAAP 
•  Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance
