Job Title: Academic Officer
Location: Phnom Penh

• Bachelor Degree in related fields;
• At least one years’ experience in education or health field is preferable;
• Knowledge of Ms. Word and Excel;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Be flexible and take initiative;
• Positive attitude, honest, and highly responsible for the tasks; and
• Strong communication skill.

• Registering the students and teacher’s information of the Faculty of Health Sciences into the database;
• Assisting the Dean of Faculty of Health Sciences in contacting professors for teaching;
• Contacting and facilitating professors and delivering documents to any ministries concerned;
• Cooperating with professors and students to exchange information;
• Tracking student and professor attendance;
• Informing students or their guardians of their absence matters;
• Arranging semester exam programs, inputting scores into the system, and issuing student transcripts;
• Conducting a student survey on the services of the university every semester; and
• Doing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
