• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business administration or others related fields;
• At least 5 year experiences in sales skill and sales management;
• Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, initiative and honesty;
• Having a good communication and time management skills; 
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving and influencing skills
• Dynamic and pleasant personality;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Internet, E-mail, Outlook 

• Develop and implement sale strategies, activity plan to achieve company volume & sales target;
• Manage and lead the sales force, provide guidelines, coaching and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance;
• Maximize sales, achieve targets and contribute to the sales growth;
• Take possible action to maximize the sales opportunity in different area if required;
• Develop and Implement questioning skill to explore customer needs;
• To expand business chance to develop new and potential clients;
• Analyses daily sales, sales activities and follow up with team members;
• Develop new sales channels and act as business development to create new sales, join promotion and corporate sales;
• Doing report of sales activities daily, weekly and monthly; 
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence;
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
