•  Assist Restaurant Manager in managing all food and beverage elements of Song Saa Resort and ensuring that the highest standards are established and maintained.
•  Prepare schedules for all F&B employees.
•  Responsible for ensuring quality levels of stock, dealing with vendors and ensuring optimization of stock.
•  Assist in conducting regular training sessions in line with the departments SOP’s.
•  Managing table service and service preparation within the F&B outlets.
•  Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times.
•  Maintaining an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guest, management and staff.
•  Undertake functions such as interviewing, orientation, coaching, performance appraisals, discipline and dismissals.
