This is a senior management position at the Department Head level. The Associate Marketing Manager is generally responsible for the creation, development, establishment and monitoring marketing strategies to meet company objectives. 

• Critical to meeting the expectations of this position, the Associate Marketing Manager should possess: 
•  Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent 
•  Proven marketing, promotions and administrative skills with a minimum of three (3) years of marketing and sales experience. 
•  Be able to manage and motivate marketing team to reach the company goals.
•  Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
•  Excellent people and communication skills to maintain meaningful business relationships with clients, customers and international marketing representatives; 
•  Proven experience in customer and market research.
•  Experience with relevant software applications.
•  Having excellent communication skills with all kinds of people in both spoken and written English. 
•  Good computer literacy (Internet, email, Word, Excel)

• In order to maximize the effectiveness and efficient operation of the Marketing Department, the Associate Marketing Manager shall:
•  Propose marketing planning, calendars, budget, and activation based from Top Management Vision Strategy as well as support Sales (ATL, BTL).
•  Direct and indirect monitor campaign and activation accordingly to guidelines of Principles.
•  Responsible for product training and soft skill training to team as well as promoters/ outsourced human resource/dealers to ensure CRM and product knowledge.
•  Develop and localize Product Portfolio to ensure consistent plan based on target consumers and study on sellable products to Market.
•  Handle for proposal communication and negotiation with key dealers to activate campaigns to identified opportunity and product placement on both general trade and modern trade.
•  Monitor Administration tasks such as POSM, Quotation, Approval Procedure and System SAP for A&P, etc.
•  Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
•  Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
•  Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
•  Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
•  Expand and develop marketing platforms. 
•  Determine and manage the marketing budget.
•  Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
•  Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
•  Liaise with media and advertising.
