•  Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or other related field of study
•  At least 2 years working experience of graphic design, marketing and/or event planning experience is preferred.
•  Be creative and think out of the box
•  Have sounding experience in execution of events and other marketing activities
•  Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential
•  Must be able to effectively communicate information and ideas both orally and in writin

• ​ Develop creative design to support sales promotional materials for both channels
•  Work with brand and communication team to ensure the designs are aligned with brand guidelines
•  Develop sales event concepts and design to support both channels
•  Support in terms of creative development for ad hoc sales activities such as business trip, meeting…etc.
•  Work with creative agency in term of developing new visual designs to ensure that the agency deliver as per expectation in new product launch campaign.
•  Develop design of agency-recruitment tolls and training
•  Develop the look and feel of presentation to support sales events
•  Provide overall support in execution of Distribution Promotions.
