• Bechelor or higher degree in Human Resource Management or relateds. -have Related administrative experiences and Public relation is an advantage.
• At Least 2 years experiences in Human Resource Management or related.
• Strong Communication and coordination skill, high responsible and interpersonal Skill
• Strong capacity in written proccessing. 
• have strong knowledge of Cambodia Labor law
• Proficiency in Computer software ( MS Office , internet and email)

•  Assist department manager to manage the human resources management and administrative work;
•  Responsible for staff payroll, Employee's Insurances, Store's Insurance;
•  implement recruitment process, hiring, training and other matters;
•  responsible for employee labor contract , manage employee personnel files and timely updates ;
•  responsible for implementing the staff appraisal , rewards and punishments and other matters related.
