• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
•  Proficient in English and Khmer, both in written and spoken
•  Proficient in office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PPT etc.
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking skills
•  Ambitious, hard-working, and desire to learn new things

•  Receive/verify on claim document and register claim notice into the System;
•  Directly communicate to claimant and involved parties about claim case e.g. local authority, doctor, etc.;
•  Travel to provinces for claim investigations and send claim case to Underwriter for assessment (if any);
•  Communicate and follow with relevant people to get all complete claim documentations;
•  Prepare claim summary reports for line manager after claim assessment;
•  Update weekly claim status to sales force and bank partner;
•  Prepare claims payment request to line manager and senior management for approval
•  Handle enquiries through email/phone related to claim
