• Bachelor degree or higher in Management or architecture
• basic knowledge of read layout plan 
• Males under 28 years old
• at least 1 years’ working experience 
• good common of Chinese and some English.
• strong communication skill 
• Diligent, honest, punctual, friendly.
• interpersonal skill is required

• Assist to monitoring on security guard and Janitor attendance and related work
• responsible for department related document filing
• assist purchase property related maintenance equipment
• assist supervisor to complete report and other related claim
• receive and cooperate with other department on maintenance work and control budget
• other tasks assign by superior
