• BBA or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance and banking or other related fields
• At least 1 year of experience with related position in MFIs or Banks
• Fresh graduated are highly encouraged to apply
• Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and loyalty
• Dependability, cooperation and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet & Email

• Manage loan disbursement and quality of loan outstanding
• Perform loan assessment process, loan collection, and follow up loan late repayment (Solve problem)
• Coach and lead 3-5 credit officers in lending and solving overdue loans
• Build good relationship and good communication with customers and local authorities 
• Keep track on the information of competitor’s behaviour and indebtedness situation and report to DBM
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Deputy Branch Manager.
