•  Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT, or Computer Science, or an equivalent
•  At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant area
•  Good knowledge of MS Windows and operating systems, network, and maintenance
•  Possess relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, or VMware Certified Associate
•  Data Center Virtualization

•  Performs routine network and system maintenance, i.e. servers, network devices, security appliances, and call center system
•  Performs a variety of duties in the monitoring, installation, testing, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software and system or application upgrades
•  Ensures that all system and network configurations comply with the regional IT policies and standards
•  Communicates with regional technology team in obtaining supports and executing IT projects
