•  Age is between 25 – 35
•  Bachelor degree in management or banking and finance or related field.
•  Skill in financial analysis and critical thinking.
•  Skill in problem solving.
•  Good at strategic planning and follow up.
•  Motivation skill and good team work.
•  At least 2 years’ experience in microfinance or banking sector.
•  Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, email, ...)
•  Good for both written and spoken English is an advantage.
•  Good communication skill.
•  Strong commitment and flexibility.
•  Be honest, pleasant behaviour, initiative, and good interpersonal skill.
•  Can work under pressure.
•  Must have a valid driving license.

•  Manage branch staff in daily work.
•  Propose KPI for subordinators in branch and prepare annual performance appraisal.
•  Participate in loan assessment and loan appraisal process.
•  Analysis on loan application information and approve at the authorized amount.
•  Participate in annual disbursement plan preparation and annual staff plan preparation.
•  Manage quality of loan portfolio at risk at branch level.
•  Manage accounting entry and financial report for stakeholders.
•  Physical check (unannounced) on cash in vault and in system.
•  Manage administration work in branch level.
•  Review and follow up loan disbursement result at branch level and push disbursement to achieve plan
•  Communicate with local authorities and garment loan committee for making good relationship.
•  Support COs to negotiate with entities or factories to cooperate for selling consumer loan.
•  Support COs to determine both potential clients and area for selling SF products.
•  Support COs to select key clients and sales network in the operational villages.
•  Coach COs to determine target competitors’ clients for promotion.
•  Refresh selling skill to COs and DBM.
•  Participate in problem solving and follow up the result.
•  Coach weak/new Cos to improve their capacity and productivity.
•  Perform field feedback collection for product team to develop new products.
•  Manage cash movement in branch to be effectively.
•  Fraud management in branch level.
•  Promote SF brand image at branch level.
•  Produce monthly report to stakeholders.
•  Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
