•  Bachelor's degree in Business, English, or equivalent
•  3 years HR working experience, preferably in recruitment
•  Proficient spoken and written English
•  Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
•  Ambitious, hard-working, and desire to learn new things

•  Be responsible for candidates sourcing from different channels and networking
•  Build sustainable candidate pipeline
•  Work closely with hiring managers to ensure vacant roles are filled on time
•  Coordinate recruitment events to build employer brand and to source candidates
•  Manage end to end recruitment process
•  Manage probation review process and process staff referral reward payments
