MekongNet is a registered trademark under Angkor Data Communication Group Co., Ltd which established in 2005. It is a full-fledged internet service provider, with a license for the provision of Internet service Provider (ISP), Internet Exchange Provider (IXP), and Internet Data Exchange Center (IDX) granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia.

Now we are looking for the Server and Storage System Engineer. 

·         Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science

·         Minimum of 3 year Technical Support experience with PC, High-End Server ( DELL, IBM,…) , local area network

·         Minimum of 1 year vendor relations experience in a presale vendor support role

·         Minimum of 1 year experience in formal product presentation and technical sales training experience to small and medium audience

·         Minimum of 1 year experience in project management

·         Knowledge of the interoperability of various PC components, software, peripherals, networking, desktop platform, application, standalone and network operating system

·         Provides technical solution and configuration design expertise to customers and sales on specified product

·         Provides sales/marketing support to increase vendor and product awareness

·         Provides communication support in accordance with Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

·         Provides technical presentations/ training to Sale, Support and customers

·         Participate in departmental projects in leadership/ownership role

·         Performance additional duties as assigned 

·         Report on key metrics as designated by product line of responsibility and distributes monthly update to Head of department

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

Duration: Full-time work
