Our quality construction and building materials have been used in many real estate and property projects in Cambodia, including hotels, office and retails building, condominium, shoppping centers, and boreys.

Due to our growing business we are urgently looking for some qualified candidates (Cambodian national only) to fulfill the vacant positions as mentioned below:

•  Studying in university or graduated with a Bachelor Degree 
•  At least 1 year of experience in sale
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Team-oriented, and good work ethics
•  Able to effectively make cold calls to target potential customers 
•  Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) 
•  Responsible, honest and hard working

•  Find new customer and build good relationships with them
•  Negotiate on price, delivery, terms of agreement and specifications with customers
•  Ensure timely collection of payments and provide report to appropriate departments
•  Execute sales promotion effectively
•  Follow-up with sales activities to achieve sales target and report to Senior Management
•  Assist customers with any needs to ensure high customer’s satisfaction 
•  Report relevant industry trends, competition, and new opportunities to Sales Manager
•  Perform other duties as needed
